At Western Buckeye ESC, we are dedicated to supporting educators and enriching the educational journey for all. Our comprehensive services include BCI/FBI fingerprinting for background checks, licensure assistance, and ongoing personalized, professional learning and training.

We also provide guidance through specialized therapy services for students and celebrate academic excellence with the Franklin B. Walter All-Scholastic Award. Together, these services create a strong foundation for both educator growth and student success.

Western Buckeye ESC – Service Fees Overview

Free Services for Member Districts:

  • Superintendent and Administrator Meetings

  • Licensure / LPDC Support

  • Franklin B. Walter Award Coordination

  • Representation & Coordination with Community Agencies/Programs

Fingerprinting Services:

  • Fingerprinting:

    • BCI: $35

    • FBI: $35

  • Paraprofessional Test: $100 per test

Cost Reimbursement Services
(Includes actual personnel, materials, and related costs + 3–6% administrative fee depending on service type)

Specialized Educational Staff:

  • School Psychologists
